Delivery, Returns, and Refunds

Delivery

  • Please allow 3 – 5 working days for receiving your package once ordered, depending on location.
  • All packages must be signed for when received. Kindly see to it that a delivery address is provided where someone can receive the order between weekly working hours.
  • Cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns

  • Should an order be received with the incorrect contents; the customer may return for an exchange or full refund.
  • If not fully satisfied with the order, all returns must be done with-in 7 days of receipt of the order.
  • As Food Socks are a perishable product, we do not accept returns where there is no quality issue with the product you received. If you are uncertain about the taste of a certain product, please order in small quantities at first. Please remember to use your food socks within the expiry date.
  • If you suspect there is a quality issue with what you have received, please let us know by emailing info@food-sock.com.

Damaged Items

If you receive delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, please do not accept delivery of the item, but advise the courier to return the package to us. Upon receipt of the goods from the courier company, we will exchange the damaged items free of charge.  If you are unable to return the package to us via the courier, please email us at info@food-sock.com and we will try to arrange alternative methods for returns.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
